What we are looking for:

American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of A/C and heating heating equipment, accessories and supplies and we have been serving our customers for more than 80 years.

We are looking for the right person to join our 80+ year legacy as a Parts Counter/Inside Sales Representative. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm typically but may vary.

What you will be doing:
o Establish and maintain positive rapport with customers by using positive verbal communication and providing prompt and courteous service.
o Responsible for conducting counter sales transactions, credit and cash transactions, obtain relevant signatures for billing purposes.
o Remain current and knowledgeable about products within the Company catalog. Advising customers using technical knowledge and manufacturer's catalogs.
o Accept returned goods for credit and complete warranty paperwork as needed.
o Sell equipment, tools, parts, accessories, materials, and supplies to dealers, contractors, service firms and industrial accounts.

We want you to join our team! This position will receive and manage AC and Refrigeration parts and supplies as well as complete daily warehouse assignments for our busy HVACR branch! This position is full-time, Monday to Friday on a 4/10 schedule.

What you will be doing:
o Unload and unpack shipments of products
o Stock inventory into proper location
o Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities
o Report damages or shortages to the appropriate person
o Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data on paperwork
o Record receiving data in company databases
o Prepare and organize received stock for inventory
o Return damaged products to senders
o Monitor inventory levels
o Work with Manager to implement new projects i.e. RF Scan, Streamlined SOP's

What you will be doing:
o Manage, motivate, and mentor a variety of personnel involved in the service of HVAC Customers which may include: Counter Sales Position(s), Warehouse/Delivery, and in larger branches Receiving/Transfer clerks, Counter trainee, Sales;
o Flexibility and willingness to "wear many hats" is required. Branch Manager will need the ability to actively support the following: back up to counter operations, performing site evaluations, assisting in project scheduling, supporting sales/quotes, performing warehousing functions, and completing HR functions.
o Manage the performance of direct reports, including work allocation, performance management, working with HR Manager to implement training, coaching, succession planning, career development and compensation;

What we are looking for:

American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc. is a wholesale A/C, heating and refrigeration company and we have been doing business for over 80 years!

We are looking for the right person to join our 80-year legacy as a Counter Sales Representative for our branch. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

What you will be doing:

o Establish and maintain positive rapport with customers by using positive verbal communication and providing prompt and courteous service.
o Remain current and knowledgeable about products and the Company catalog. Advise customers using technical knowledge and manufacturer's catalogs.
o Responsible for conducting counter sales transactions, credit and cash transactions, obtain relevant signatures for billing purposes.
o Accept returned goods for credit and complete warranty paperwork as directed by Warranty Department.
o Sell equipment, tools, parts, accessories, materials, and supplies to dealers, contractors, service firms and industrial accounts.
o Recommend and promote related 'add-on' items to customers. Advise customers on substitution or modification of related items and products application information.
o Provide accurate price points from Company computer database. Receive and fill telephone and prokeep orders effectively.
o Consistent/timely follow-up with customers and sales consultants with accurate quotes and product information.
o Collaborate with outside sales consultants to provide timely feedback and notification of above average price quotes.
o Maintain, organize, and stock shelves. Assist with maintaining inventory control.
o Assist in organization of equipment and product displays. Ensure store area is kept sanitary and orderly.
o Assist customers with loading of merchandise and other needs. Effectively work together with fellow CSR's to ensure continuity of customer service.
o Prepare items for shipping, communicate accurate delivery information, and complete paperwork for warranties as directed by Company Warranty Department.
o Attend branch meetings, technical training sessions and general Company meetings as requested.
o Available to work after hours/weekends/holidays to open up branch and transact business to service customers on a rotating basis
o Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

o 2-3 years HVAC distribution or relevant HVAC experience, counter sales
o Ability of provide and maintain top notch customer service
o Ability to generate sales/margin growth
o Ability to multi-task and work to fill orders timely
o Team Player with ability to establish strong relationships
o Strong computer knowledge in all MS Office applications
