This position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for working with the Marketing Team and other company professionals to implement effective campaigns for product launches, promotions, business development events, employee engagement, and customer events - to elevate and help grow the ARS brand as well as the products and services offered.

PRIMARY DUTIES

o Support Marketing Team and company by project managing new requests, managing existing campaigns/requests, and coordinating creatives with graphic designer.

o Create valuable content by writing and/or editing copy for marketing materials, such as social media posts, social reels & stories, email blasts, fliers, and other advertisements.

o Take photos and videos of events, trainings, and other company activities.

o Help Marketing Team create innovative marketing campaigns and present recommendations to management.

The Territory Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in our company by utilizing exceptional knowledge of ARS Lines of Inventory, regular assessment through consumer research, regular presentation of products and services provided by ARS, regular calls and follow up to cultivate customer relationships.

What you will be doing:

Primary Job Duties:

o Report any order issues or shorts to Manager
o Quality control on all items going out for on orders:
