Primary Job Duties:
o Review open accounts for delinquency, assessing credit risk and prioritizing collections efforts.
o Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
o Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to tax reporting, including sales tax reports and any supporting materials for tax filings.
o Utilize internal systems daily to post payments, including Vendor Portal System
o Set new or update customer billing accounts
o Crosstrain and assist AR Tax Specialist
o Reduce accounts receivable delinquency, in a timely manner
o Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
o Ensure that tax payments are collected on time and in accordance with payment schedules.
o Monitor accounts for payment compliance and follow up on any overdue accounts, ensuring payment schedules are met.

About the Position:
The Counter Sales Representative Floater provides excellent customer service and HVAC solutions to ARS customers by meeting their needs to the best of their ability while demonstrating and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
o Establishes a maintains a positive rapport with customers by using positive verbal communication and providing prompt and courteous service.
o Conducts counter sales transactions, credit and cash goods for credit and complete warranty paperwork.
o Sells equipment, tools, parts, accessories, materials, and supplies to dealers, contractors, service firms and industrial accounts.
o Maintain, organize, and stock shelves. Maintain inventory control. Assist in organization of equipment and product displays. Ensure store area is kept sanitary and orderly.
o Recommend and promote related 'add-on' items to customers.
o Advise customers on substitution or modification of related items and products application information.
o Provide accurate price points from Company computer database.
o Receive and fill telephone and facsimile orders effectively.
o Consistent and timely follow-up with customers and sales consultants with accurate quotes and product information.
