What we are looking for:

American Refrigeration Supplies, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of A/C and heating equipment, accessories and supplies and we have been serving our customers for over 80 years. We are looking for someone energetic, with a great attitude and excellent customer service skills to join our 80+ year legacy as a Counter Sales Representative for our Scottsdale Branch. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

About the Position:

The Counter Sales Representative Floater provides excellent customer service and HVAC solutions to ARS customers by meeting their needs to the best of their ability while demonstrating and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

o Establishes a maintains a positive rapport with customers by using positive verbal communication and providing prompt and courteous service.
o Conducts counter sales transactions, credit and cash goods for credit and complete warranty paperwork.
o Sells equipment, tools, parts, accessories, materials, and supplies to dealers, contractors, service firms and industrial accounts.
o Maintain, organize, and stock shelves. Maintain inventory control. Assist in organization of equipment and product displays. Ensure store area is kept sanitary and orderly.

o Provide accurate price points from Company computer database.

Distribution Center Warehouse Lead | Phoenix

What you will be doing:

o Assist with the training warehouse staff and ensuring daily production goals are met
o Ensure all new hires are forklift trained and ready to work on DC floor
o Work to coordinate with team and organize efforts to ensure timely shipment of orders

Primary Job Duties:

o Stock HVAC parts in warehouse; ensuring all items are in correct bin
o Follow supervisors' directions to ensure following correct put away instructions
o Assist in loading and unloading of all trucks
o Report any order issues or shorts to Manager
o Quality control on all items going out for on orders:
o Inspection of all inventory ensuring accuracy of pick list
o Ensure warehouse is in proper order (clean, debris picked up, forklifts in proper charging area etc.) before the end of each shift
o Clean and sanitize restrooms and counter areas

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team for our St. George, Utah Region. This position is full-time (typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

About the Position:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and margin growth within your assigned territory. Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers. Generate new customer business by contacting leads and following through on quotes and all customer interaction.

Primary Duties:

o Develop and execute sales and strategies to meet and exceed targets.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
o Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
